We are an award-winning artisan cheesemaker in Leelanau County. We specialize in making Raclette, a traditional melting cheese, originally from the Swiss Alps. We also make French-style, fresh and spreadable Fromage Blanc.
We source our milk from local cows and use traditional cheese-making methods to produce European-style cheeses. We age our raclette to perfection by hand-washing our wheels of cheese with a brine in our temperature-controlled, high-humidity cheese cave.
