My TC Cherry Maple Granola is vegan and made without added oil, dairy, wheat, or processed sugar using local foods like Traverse City Montmorency cherries and Pure Maple Syrup from Old Mission Maple. Homegrown chemical-free herbs go into the culinary herbed sea salts and other dried herb creations. They grow year round so they are always fresh, flavorful, and full of nutrients. Not-Too Sweet quick breads are made with 50% less sugar than traditional recipes and are packed with fruit and/or veggies, as much local and organic as possible, made without oil or dairy. Wheat-free oat flour options are also available. I get my organic oats and organic wheat flour from Oryanas COOP. If you like cookies, I have wheat-free oat flour options as well as organic wheat flour plant based shortbread cookies with herbs and flowers from my garden.
